Gene Name: NAXE
Specificity:
Background: Apolipoprotein A-I-binding protein also known as APOA1BP is a protein that in humans is encoded by the APOA1BP gene. The product of this gene interacts with apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I), the major apolipoprotein of high-density lipoproteins (HDLs). It is secreted into some bodily fluids, and its synthesis and secretion are stimulated in vitro by incubating cells with apoA-I. The human genome contains related pseudogenes.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NAXE recombinant protein (Position: R46-Q288). Human NAXE shares 93% and 94.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat NAXE, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
