Gene Name: MTBP
Specificity:
Background: This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the oncoprotein mouse double minute 2. The encoded protein regulates progression through the cell cycle and may be involved in tumor formation.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human MTBP recombinant protein (Position: K106-K866). Human MTBP shares 76.6% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse MTBP.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
