Reactivity: Human

Applications: WB

Application Details: Western blot, 0.25-0.5 μg/ml, Human

Gene Name: MS4A6E

Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes a member of the membrane-spanning 4A gene family. Members of this nascent protein family are characterized by common structural features and similar intron/exon splice boundaries and display unique expression patterns among hematopoietic cells and nonlymphoid tissues. The gene encoding this protein is localized to 11q12.3, among a cluster of family members.

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human MS4A6E.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
