Flow Cytometry (Fixed), 1-3 μg/1x106 cells, Human
ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml

Gene Name: LMBRD1

Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes a lysosomal membrane protein that may be involved in the transport and metabolism of cobalamin. This protein also interacts with the large form of the hepatitis delta antigen and may be required for the nucleocytoplasmic shuttling of the hepatitis delta virus. Mutations in this gene are associated with the vitamin B12 metabolism disorder termed, homocystinuria-megaloblastic anemia complementation type F.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human LMBRD1 recombinant protein (Position: D67-A540). Human LMBRD1 shares 93.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with both mouse and rat LMBRD1.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
