Gene Name: HELZ

Specificity:

Background: HELZ is a member of the superfamily I class of RNA helicases. RNA helicases alter the conformation of RNA by unwinding double-stranded regions, thereby altering the biologic activity of the RNA molecule and regulating access to other proteins.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human HELZ recombinant protein (Position: R81-Q743). Human HELZ shares 95.6% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse HELZ.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
