Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Section), 2-5 μg/ml, Human
ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml

Gene Name: HAPLN1

Specificity:

Background: Predicted to enable hyaluronic acid binding activity. Predicted to be an extracellular matrix structural constituent conferring compression resistance. Predicted to be involved in nervous system development; positive regulation of neuroblast proliferation; and skeletal system development. Located in collagen-containing extracellular matrix.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human HAPLN1 recombinant protein (Position: D16-N354). Human HAPLN1 shares 96.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with both mouse and rat HAPLN1.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
