Gene Name: HASPIN

Specificity:

Background: Enables ATP binding activity and histone H3T3 kinase activity. Involved in several processes, including mitotic sister chromatid cohesion; mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint signaling; and protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region. Located in centrosome; nucleoplasm; and spindle.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human GSG2/HASPIN recombinant protein (Position: R86-K798). Human GSG2/HASPIN shares 65% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse GSG2/HASPIN.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
