ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml

Gene Name: GPC1

Specificity:

Background: Cell surface heparan sulfate proteoglycans are composed of a membrane-associated protein core substituted with a variable number of heparan sulfate chains. Members of the glypican-related integral membrane proteoglycan family (GRIPS) contain a core protein anchored to the cytoplasmic membrane via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol linkage. These proteins may play a role in the control of cell division and growth regulation.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human Glypican 1/GPC1 recombinant protein (Position: E72-N472). Human Glypican 1/GPC1shares 89.8% and 90% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat Glypican 1/GPC1, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
