Gene Name: COLGALT1
Specificity:
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is one of two enzymes that transfers galactose moieties to hydroxylysine residues of collagen and mannose binding lectin. This gene is constitutively expressed and encodes a soluble protein that localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human COLGALT1 recombinant protein (Position: A34-D454). Human GLT25D1/COLGALT1 shares 93.6% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse COLGALT1.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
