Specificity:

Background: CD300A (Cluster of Differentiation 300A) is a human gene. This gene encodes a member of the CD300 glycoprotein family of cell surface proteins found on leukocytes involved in immune response signaling pathways. This gene is located on chromosome 17 in a cluster with all but one of the other family members. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human CD300A recombinant protein (Position: L156-T299). Human CD300A shares 54.7% and 55.7% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat CD300A, respectively.
