Western blot, 0.1-0.5μg/ml, Human, Mouse, Rat

Gene Name: ANXA4

Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Background: Annexin IV, also known as placental anticoagulant protein II, or zymogen granule membrane-associated protein, 36-KD (ZAP36), is one of the family of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins whose normal function is uncertain. Annexin IV has 45 to 59% identity with other members of the annexin family. Annexin IV gene spans 18 to 56 kb. And it is located on mouse chromosome 6 in a region of conserved synteny with human chromosome 2. Rat annexin IV is ubiquitously expressed in epithelial tissues. Zap36 associated with zymogen granule membranes in dog and rat pancreas. Human annexin IV gene is mapped to chromosome 2p13.

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human Annexin IV, different from the related mouse and rat sequences by one amino acid.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains antibody formulated with stabilizing components, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg Thimerosal, 0.05mg NaN3.
*This antibody is supplied in a stabilized formulation. Compatibility with conjugation reactions depends on the chemistry of the conjugation method used. For conjugation methods that are not compatible with the stabilizing components present in this formulation, a carrier-free antibody format is required.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
