ZipCut™ Restriction Enzyme EcoRI

This ZipCut™ Restriction Enzyme is a rapid cutting endonuclease. It is a member of a series of restriction endonucleases that have undergone genetic engineering recombination and can accurately complete DNA cutting within 5 to 15 minutes, suitable for plasmid DNA, PCR products or genomic DNA, etc. The ZipCut™ Restriction Enzyme has the following characteristics:
-enzyme digestion can be completed within 5~15 minutes;
-double digests can share a single enzyme digestion buffer, greatly simplify the enzyme digestion reaction setup; good enzyme activity;
-easy to deal with high DNA substrate concentration or difficult template digestion;
-Recommend using 1 ul per 20 ul reaction, this amount should be adjusted based on the concentration of DNA;
-provided with 10× Reaction Buffer 1 ml×2 and 10× Reaction Color Buffer 1 ml×2.
-the Color Buffer enables direct loading of the digested DNA to gel without adding loading buffer.
