Background:The protein encoded by this gene is identical to adenosine deaminase complexing protein-2, and to the T-cell activation antigen CD26. It is an intrinsic membrane glycoprotein and a serine exopeptidase that cleaves X-proline dipeptides from the N-terminus of polypeptides.
Concentration:
Activity:Not validated for activity
Sequence:Asn 29-Pro766
Purity: > 90% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
Formulation:Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with 5% Trehalose and 5% Mannitol.
Reconstitution:It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.5 mg/mL. Concentration is measured by UV-Vis.
Endotoxin:< 1.0 EU/mg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Calculated MW:81 kDa
ObservedMW:80-100 kDa
