The CK-MM kit was very straightforward to use and uses basic wet-bench skills like making a serial dilution. The ability to choose how many reactions you'll be doing on a plate is always an asset. The process is standard for an ELISA: Lyse cells, incubate, wash wash wash, add antibody and incubate, then wash wash wash... etc. The simplicity and affordability along with the easy interpretation make this a great kit to use with a students whether they're senior undergrads or in grad school. The incubation times are perfect for note taking, breaks, and prepping for the next step.

We used this kit with Dried Blood Spot samples and were successful.
