Gene Name: STRN3

Specificity:

Background: Striatin-3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the STRN3 gene. STRN3 (Striatin 3) is a Protein Coding gene. Among its related pathways are Neurophysiological process Glutamate regulation of Dopamine D1A receptor signaling. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include DNA-binding transcription factor activity and calmodulin binding. An important paralog of this gene is STRN.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human STRN3 recombinant protein (Position: D243-H690). Human STRN3 shares 95.2% and 95.1% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat STRN3, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
