Flow Cytometry (Fixed), 1-3 μg/1x10^6 cells, Mouse
Gene Name: Septin8
Specificity:
Background: Predicted to enable GTPase activity; SNARE binding activity; and molecular adaptor activity. Predicted to be involved in several processes, including regulation of SNARE complex assembly; regulation of intracellular protein transport; and regulation of protein stability. Located in myelin sheath. Part of septin complex. Is expressed in dermis; spinal cord ventricular layer; turbinate bone primordium; and ventral grey horn. Orthologous to human Septin8 (septin 8).
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of mouse Septin 8/Septin8, which shares 95.7% and 100% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with human and rat SEPTIN8, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
