Gene Name: SCNM1

Specificity:

Background: SCNM1 is a zinc finger protein and putative splicing factor. In mice, Scnm1 modifies phenotypic expression of Scn8a (MIM 600702) mutations.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human SCNM1 recombinant protein (Position: D8-D230). Human SCNM1 shares 82.1% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse SCNM1.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
