Gene Name: RANBP3
Specificity:
Background: Ran-binding protein 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RANBP3 gene. This gene encodes a protein with a RanBD1 domain that is found in both the nucleus and cytoplasm. This protein plays a role in nuclear export as part of a heteromeric complex. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human RANBP3 recombinant protein (Position: Q26-Q517).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
