Gene Name: PRDM15

Specificity:

Background: PR/SET domain 15 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PRDM15 gene. Predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity; and promoter-specific chromatin binding activity. Predicted to be involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; regulation of signal transduction; and regulation of stem cell division. Located in nuclear body.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PRDM15 recombinant protein (Position: D24-Q1494).

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
