Application Details: Western blot, 0.25-0.5 μg/ml, Human
ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml, -

Gene Name: PPP1R3B

Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes the catalytic subunit of the serine/theonine phosphatase, protein phosphatase-1. The encoded protein is expressed in liver and skeletal muscle tissue and may be involved in regulating glycogen synthesis in these tissues. This gene may be a involved in type 2 diabetes and maturity-onset diabetes of the young. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode the same protein.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PPP1R3B recombinant protein (Position: M1-Y285).

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
