Background: PNPLA1 is important in the formation of the epidermal lipid barrier and plays a role in glycerophospholipid metabolism.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PNPLA1 recombinant protein (Position: K141-D496). Human PNPLA1 shares 51.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse PNPLA1.
