Background: Peptidase inhibitor 16 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PI16 gene. PI16 (Peptidase Inhibitor 16) is a variable molecular weight (MW) member of the CRISP family of proteins. It is expressed by cardiomyocytes and serves as an autocrine negative growth regulator.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PI-16/PI16 recombinant protein (Position: L28-L363).
