Specificity:

Background: Prenylcysteine oxidase 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PCYOX1 gene. Prenylcysteine is released during the degradation of prenylated proteins. PCYOX1 catalyzes the degradation of prenylcysteine to yield free cysteines and a hydrophobic isoprenoid product.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human PCYOX1 recombinant protein (Position: R101-D452). Human PCYOX1 shares 78.7% and 76.1% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat PCYOX1, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
