Gene Name: OTUD6B
Specificity:
Background: OTU domain containing 6B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the OTUD6B gene. This gene encodes a member of the ovarian tumor domain (OTU)-containing subfamily of deubiquitinating enzymes. Deubiquitinating enzymes are primarily involved in removing ubiquitin from proteins targeted for degradation. This protein may function as a negative regulator of the cell cycle in B cells.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human OTUD6B recombinant protein (Position: E66-S293). Human OTUD6B shares 87.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse OTUD6B.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
