Background: Naked cuticle 1 (NKD1) is a human gene that encodes the protein Nkd1. In the mouse, Nkd is a Dishevelled-binding protein that functions as a negative regulator of the Wnt-beta-catenin-Tcf signaling pathway.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NKD1 recombinant protein (Position: D21-K368). Human NKD1 shares 87.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse NKD1.
