Gene Name: NEDD1
Specificity:
Background: Neural precursor cell expressed, developmentally down-regulated 1, also known as Nedd1, is a human gened and encodes the protein NEDD1. NEDD1 is required for mitosis progression. NEDD1 promotes the nucleation of microtubules from the spindle. This antibody works well in WB, IHC, IP and IF application.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NEDD1 recombinant protein (Position: D191-E647).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
