Background: Protein AF-10 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MLLT10 gene. This gene encodes a transcription factor and has been identified as a partner gene involved in several chromosomal rearrangements resulting in various leukemias. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
