Flow Cytometry (Fixed), 1-3 μg/1x106 cells, Human
ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml

Gene Name: MINPP1

Specificity:

Background: his gene encodes multiple inositol polyphosphate phosphatase; an enzyme that removes 3-phosphate from inositol phosphate substrates. It is the only enzyme known to hydrolzye inositol pentakisphosphate and inositol hexakisphosphate. This enzyme also converts 2,3 bisphosphoglycerate (2,3-BPG) to 2-phosphoglycerate; an activity formerly thought to be exclusive to 2,3-BPG synthase/2-phosphatase (BPGM) in the Rapoport-Luebering shunt of the glycolytic pathway.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human MINPP1 recombinant protein (Position: R155-H421). Human MINPP1 shares 89.5% and 89.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat MINPP1, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
