Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes a protein that contains a leucine zipper motif. The exact function of the encoded protein is not known. In mice this gene affects neural tube closure. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human LUZP1 recombinant protein (Position: K604-H1040). Human LUZP1 shares 76.2% and 79.1% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat LUZP1, respectively.
