ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml, -
Gene Name: Ifng
Specificity:
Background: This gene encodes a soluble cytokine that is a member of the type II interferon class. The encoded protein is secreted by cells of both the innate and adaptive immune systems. The active protein is a homodimer that binds to the interferon gamma receptor which triggers a cellular response to viral and microbial infections. Mice deficient in this gene have increased susceptibility to viral, bacterial and parasitic infections and to several autoimmune diseases.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived mouse IFN Gamma/Ifng recombinant protein (Position: H23-C155). Mouse Ifng shares 40.3% and 86.5% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with human and rat Ifng, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
