Gene Name: EZH1

Specificity:

Background: Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase EZH1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the EZH1 gene. EZH1 is a component of a noncanonical Polycomb repressive complex-2 (PRC2) that mediates methylation of histone H3 (see MIM 602812) lys27 (H3K27) and functions in the maintenance of embryonic stem cell pluripotency and plasticity.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human EZH1 recombinant protein (Position: R27-E485).

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
