Gene Name: EXTL1
Specificity:
Background: This gene is a member of the multiple exostoses (EXT) family of glycosyltransferases, which function in the chain polymerization of heparan sulfate and heparin. The encoded protein harbors alpha 1,4- N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase activity, and is involved in chain elongation of heparan sulfate and possibly heparin.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human EXTL1 recombinant protein (Position: E53-T583).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
