Application Details: Western blot, 0.25-0.5 μg/ml, Human
Gene Name: CDX2
Specificity:
Background: Homeobox protein CDX-2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDX2 gene. This gene is a member of the caudal-related homeobox transcription factor gene family. The encoded protein is a major regulator of intestine-specific genes involved in cell growth an differentiation. This protein also plays a role in early embryonic development of the intestinal tract. Aberrant expression of this gene is associated with intestinal inflammation and tumorigenesis.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human CDX2.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
