Gene Name: ANAPC1

Specificity:

Background: Anaphase-promoting complex subunit 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ANAPC1 gene. This gene encodes a subunit of the anaphase-promoting complex. This complex is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates progression through the metaphase to anaphase portion of the cell cycle by ubiquitinating proteins which targets them for degradation.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human APC1/ANAPC1 recombinant protein (Position: M1-E197). Human ANAPC1 shares 91.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse ANAPC1.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
