Conjugation:

Target Species:Mouse

Expression Host:E.coli

Application:Immunogen

Fusion tag:N-His & C-His

UNIProt ID:P04441

Accession:P04441

Background:Plays a critical role in MHC class II antigen processing by stabilizing peptide-free class II alpha/beta heterodimers in a complex soon after their synthesis and directing transport of the complex from the endoplasmic reticulum to compartments where peptide loading of class II takes place. Enhance also the stimulation of T-cell responses through interaction with CD44.

Concentration:

Activity:Not validated for activity

Sequence:Gln56-Leu279

Purity: > 90% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.

Formulation:Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5%-8% trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween 80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Please refer to the specific buffer information in the printed manual.

Reconstitution:It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.5 mg/mL. Concentration is measured by UV-Vis.

Endotoxin:< 10 EU/mg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.

Calculated MW:25.3 kDa

ObservedMW:26-32 kDa
