Application Details: Western blot, 0.25-0.5 μg/ml, Human
ELISA, 0.1-0.5 μg/ml, -

Gene Name: TAS1R2

Specificity:

Background: T1R2 - Taste receptor type 1 member 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TAS1R2 gene. TAS1R2/TAS1R3 recognizes diverse natural and synthetic sweeteners.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human TAS1R2 recombinant protein (Position: Y96-D839). Human TAS1R2 shares 69.6% and 71% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat TAS1R2, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
