Gene Name: SHARPIN
Specificity:
Background: Enables polyubiquitin modification-dependent protein binding activity. Involved in defense response to bacterium; protein linear polyubiquitination; and regulation of signal transduction. Located in cytosol. Part of LUBAC complex.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human SHARPIN recombinant protein (Position: H25-R325). Human SHARPIN shares 72.3% and 72.6% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat SHARPIN, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
