Gene Name: PAG1
Specificity:
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a type III transmembrane adaptor protein that binds to the tyrosine kinase csk protein. It is thought to be involved in the regulation of T cell activation.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human PAG1. Human PAG1 shares 81.8% and 86.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat PAG1, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
