Gene Name: Nir2/PITPNM1

Specificity:

Background: Membrane-associated phosphatidylinositol transfer protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PITPNM1 gene. PITPNM1 belongs to a family of membrane-associated phosphatidylinositol transfer domain-containing proteins that share homology with the Drosophila retinal degeneration B (rdgB) protein.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human Nir2/PITPNM1 recombinant protein (Position: E418-R831). Human PITPNM1 shares 88.9% and 89.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat PITPNM1, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
