Gene Name: NCDN

Specificity:

Background: This gene encodes a leucine-rich cytoplasmic protein, which is highly similar to a mouse protein that negatively regulates Ca/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II phosphorylation and may be essential for spatial learning processes. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human NCDN recombinant protein (Position: F114-K426). Human NCDN shares 98.1% and 97.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat NCDN, respectively.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
