Gene Name: MYO1B
Specificity:
Background: Myosin-Ib is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MYO1B gene. Enables ATP binding activity; actin filament binding activity; and microfilament motor activity. Involved in actin filament organization and post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Located in several cellular components, including actin filament; endosome; and perinuclear region of cytoplasm. Colocalizes with trans-Golgi network membrane.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human MYO1B recombinant protein (Position: R231-R1125).
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
