Specificity:

Background: The protein encoded by this gene is an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase that mediates ubiquitination of proteins in the Notch signaling pathway. The encoded protein may be a suppressor of melanoma invasion.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human MIB2 recombinant protein (Position: A71-I572). Human MIB2shares 90.3% and 89.7% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat MIB2, respectively.
