Flow Cytometry (Fixed), 1-3 μg/1x106 cells, Human

Gene Name: GPR35

Specificity:

Background: Enables C-X-C chemokine receptor activity. Involved in chemokine-mediated signaling pathway; negative regulation of voltage-gated calcium channel activity; and positive regulation of cytosolic calcium ion concentration. Located in plasma membrane.

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human GPR35. Human GPR35 shares 95% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse GPR35.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
