Gene Name: ETV2

Specificity:

Background: Enables DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including cell surface receptor signaling pathway; positive regulation of endothelial cell differentiation; and positive regulation of mesoderm development. Predicted to be active in nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; genitourinary system; and hemolymphoid system. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in limb ischemia. Orthologous to human ETV2 (ETS variant transcription factor 2).

Immunogen: E.coli-derived mouse ETV2 recombinant protein (Position: M1-Q335). Mouse ETV2 shares 67.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with human ETV2.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
