Specificity:

Background: Alpha-1-B glycoprotein is a 54.3 kDa protein in humans that is encoded by the A1BG gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a plasma glycoprotein of unknown function. The protein shows sequence similarity to the variable regions of some immunoglobulin supergene family member proteins.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human IDI1 recombinant protein (Position: M1-M227). Human IDI1 shares 86.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with both mouse and rat IDI1.
