Description:Iv0120 is a monoclonal antibody that targets human Arginase 1 (hArg1), a metalloenzyme that hydrolyzes L-arginine to L-ornithine and urea and modulates T cell–mediated immune responses. Iv0120 binds over the active site opening, sterically blocking hArg1 activity.
