Gene Name: TIMM9
Specificity:
Background: TIMM9 belongs to a family of evolutionarily conserved proteins that are organized in heterooligomeric complexes in the mitochondrial intermembrane space. These proteins mediate the import and insertion of hydrophobic membrane proteins into the mitochondrial inner membrane.
Immunogen: E.coli-derived human TIMM9 recombinant protein (Position: M1-R89). Human TIMM9 shares 97.8% and 98.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat TIMM9, respectively.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Contents: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Reconstitution: Adding 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/ml.
