Background: SHKBP1 plays a role in lysosomal enzyme-dependent apoptosis and in regulating degradation of activated cell surface receptors.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human SHKBP1 recombinant protein (Position: Y129-F707). Human SHKBP1 shares 92.1% and 91.4% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse and rat SHKBP1, respectively.
