Storage: Store at -20℃ for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4℃ for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20℃ for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Form: Lyophilized

Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat

Applications: WB

Application Details: Western blot, 0.1-0.5μg/ml, Human, Mouse, Rat

Gene Name: WNT4

Specificity: No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Background: Wingless-type MMIV integration site family, member4, is a secreted protein that in humans is encoded by the Wnt4 gene. By fluorescence in situ hybridization, WNT4 gene was mapped to chromosome 1p35, a location consistent with the results of radiation hybrid mapping. The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes that encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and embryogenesis.

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminus of human Wnt4, identical to the related mouse and rat sequences.

Clonality: Polyclonal

Contents: Each vial contains antibody formulated with stabilizing components, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg Thimerosal, 0.05mg NaN3.
*This antibody is supplied in a stabilized formulation. Compatibility with conjugation reactions depends on the chemistry of the conjugation method used. For conjugation methods that are not compatible with the stabilizing components present in this formulation, a carrier-free antibody format is required.

Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.

Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
