Specificity:

Background: Polymerase delta-interacting protein 2 also known as Polymerase delta-interacting protein of 38 kDa (PDIP38) is encoded by the POLDIP2 gene in humans. This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the DNA polymerase delta p50 subunit, as well as with proliferating cell nuclear antigen. The encoded protein maybe play a role in the ability of the replication fork to bypass DNA lesions. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunogen: E.coli-derived human POLDIP2 recombinant protein (Position: Q81-Q324). Human POLDIP2 shares 99.2% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse POLDIP2.
